Shipping policy

We ship from the United States.

Cost — Free on every order, every pack size. An optional Express upgrade is offered at checkout for $15.

Processing — Orders leave within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday go out the next business day.

Delivery — Standard shipping is 3-7 business days once the order leaves us. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Where we ship — United States only for Drop 01. If you're outside the US and want a bottle, email us and we'll tell you when that changes.

Wrong address — We can change an address before the order ships. After that we can't reroute it. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered we'll refund the order.
